How do I redeem my coupon for a course bundle or an on-demand course?
When you purchase a course bundle or an on-demand course using a Purchase Order (PO), our Sales team issues a coupon that you need to redeem yourself. You can redeem the coupon and enroll in the bundle or course at a time that suits you best. Once enrolled, you have 6 months to complete the course.
To redeem a coupon, complete the following steps:

Log in to the Academy with your account or sign up. -
Search for the course or course bundle for which you received the coupon, and select Enroll. -
You are automatically redirected to the course or course bundle page. Verify that you selected the correct course or course bundle, then select Enroll again. -
On the Order details page, fill in your Billing details, and select the I'm purchasing as a business option.
This lets you download your invoice later.

Leave the Payment method entries empty. -
In the Have a coupon? field, enter your coupon code, and select Redeem. This sets the total amount you have to pay to 0.

To finalize your purchase, agree to the terms and conditions, and select Buy.
What are course bundles?
Course bundles are packages consisting of several individual courses that are offered at a reduced price. We offer two course bundles (PLA 3.0 for Method Developers and PLA 3.0 for Bioassay Analysts), each containing all relevant courses for a specific area of responsibility. Once you purchase a bundle, you are automatically enrolled in all the courses from this bundle. This means that the expiry date for all courses in the bundle is set to the same day.
When does the expiration period of course bundles or on-demand courses start?
The expiration period starts on the day you enroll in the course, not on the day you actually start it.
This means that the countdown begins as soon as your enrollment is confirmed, regardless of when you access the course material for the first time. Once enrolled, you have 6 months to complete the course. If you purchased a bundle, not that since you are enrolled in all courses at the same time, the expiry date for all courses in the bundle is set to the same day.
How do I cancel a course?
To cancel a course enrollment, please send an e-mail to learning@bioassay.de. We will then contact you regarding the next steps.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, complete the following steps:

In the menu bar, go to Join > Login. If you are already logged in, you need to log out again.

In the Login or sign up to start learning dialog, select Forgot your password?

In the Get a brand new password! dialog, enter your e-mail address and select OK.
How will you use my e-mail address, and will you share it with third parties?
Your e-mail address is your key to the PLA 3.0 Academy. It is fully safe with us. We will use it only to communicate with you if necessary and will not share it with any third parties.
