The Control Chart document supports monitoring of critical data attributes following USP <1010>. It includes control limits, WECO and Nelson rules, and custom rule sets. You can tailor the chart layout and choose between aggregated or external data, making it a flexible tool for continuous assay monitoring.

Navigator

The Navigator on the left side of the
PLA 3.0 main window is your main tool for accessing and organizing your documents and folders. The top view displays your folder tree for quick navigation, while the detail view shows the contents of the selected folder and lets you work with your documents and templates.

Observation group ID

Each assay element has a unique observation group ID assigned, linking the assay element to its respective observation data in the data editors. To switch plate positions for your samples, simply reassign the respective assay elements to a different observation group ID.
